It occurs when the tissues around the shoulder joint become inflamed, leading to a thickening and tightening of the shoulder capsule.
This restricts movement and causes stiffness, making it challenging to move the shoulder normally.

Exercises play a crucial role in managing frozen shoulder by improving flexibility and reducing stiffness.
These exercises typically aim to gradually increase the shoulder's range of motion. *Gentle stretching and *range-of-motion exercises *pendulum stretches,
*passive stretching, and *progress to more active exercises that involve the affected shoulder.

Note:- Consistency and patience are key as improvement may take time.

It aims to improve posture and reduce pain associated with prolonged device usage.
Certainly! Here's an exercise along with some advice to help alleviate tech neck:

**Exercise: Chin Tucks**

1. **Sit or stand tall:** Keep your spine straight, shoulders relaxed.
2. **Gently tuck your chin:** Pull your chin back without tilting your head up or down.
3. **Hold for 5-10 seconds:** You should feel a slight stretch at the base of your skull and the top of your neck.
4. **Repeat:** Aim for 10-15 repetitions.

**Advice:**
