IVF is not a different kind of pregnancy.
It’s simply a different way to start one.

Your body doesn’t know the difference.
Once pregnant, nature takes over.

Health depends on age and care — not IVF.

Same journey. Same heartbeat. Same hope. ❤️

Planning IVF? These 5 tips can seriously improve your chances.

I see so many couples miss out on simple things that actually matter - like using updated reports, timing medications right, or picking a good embryology lab.

It's not rocket science, but these small details? They add up.
IVF works when YOU do your 50% and the lab does theirs. That's the formula.

Save this if you're in the middle of planning, or send it to someone who needs it right now.

If you're planning a pregnancy, or just wondering about your timeline, there are two simple, quick blood tests you need to run before you wait for something to go wrong.

I've personally seen these two simple tests save couples months of anxiety and therapeutic delay by giving us a clear map of what's happening inside.

Here are the two crucial blood tests I would recommend every woman to get:

1] The AMH Test (Anti-Müllerian Hormone): This test is like looking at the battery level of your ovaries. It tells us how many eggs you have left in your reserve. It's a key indicator of your biological timeline and can even flag conditions like PCOS.

2] The TSH Test (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone): Your thyroid is the master regulator. If your TSH is out of balance, it can directly interfere with ovulation, the success of implantation, and sustaining an early pregnancy. It's an easy fix, but you have to check it first!

If these two hormone levels are in the optimal range, and your age is appropriate, you have a very strong chance for a successful, healthy pregnancy.

Ofcourse, don't forget your male partner and get him tested! 💯

Knowledge is power.
Don't wait for a problem to happen. Get ahead of your biology!

Low AMH simplified.

It doesn't predict your chances of pregnancy.
It doesn't mean you can't get pregnant naturally.

It only means you have less eggs and hence you have limited time.

Act fast, don't regret later.

Let's be real. whenever we talk about IVF, all eyes are on mom. And it is absolutely right, she deserves it.

But I've watched this unfold countless times in my practice, and there's someone else who quietly does the all the necessary work to keep things smooth of mothers: Dad.

He's not the one getting the injections. But trust me, he's doing the heavy lifting in ways most people rarely acknowledge.

His role is not flashy. But it's absolutely essential.

I see these guys in clinic all the time. Tired. Worried. Doing whatever it takes.

IVF isn't a solo sport. It's a team effort. And dads? They're often the ones holding the whole operation together from behind the scenes.

So here's to the logistics managers, the hand-holders, the quiet supporters who don't get nearly enough credit.

📍 Tag the dad in your life who's been that person. He deserves some recognition.

Don't let this ruin your marriage.

Act on time and plan ahead.

A simple thought for the weekend!

It is heartbreaking to watch your friends conceive easily—especially the ones who don't seem to be trying. I see you wondering, "Why them and not us?"

Here is the tough truth I share with patients every day: Your friend’s fast journey is a lucky accident. Your journey needs science. We often blame stress or luck, but the truth is, we need to check the easiest factor first:

As your doctor, I know the simplest test is the most important one you might be avoiding: the Semen Analysis (SA). Don't play the guessing game.

Here are 5 common, simple reasons why s***m count or quality might be lower than we need:

The Engine is Running Hot: Swollen veins in the sc***um (called a varicocele) can act like a small stove, keeping the testicles too warm and damaging s***m production. It's easy to check!

Bad Habits & Heat: Regular high heat exposure—like spending hours in hot tubs, riding a bicycle often, or resting a running laptop right on your lap—can reduce the s***m count.

Hidden Medications: Sometimes, perfectly normal medicines or even over-the-counter muscle-building supplements (containing testosterone) can trick the body into completely stopping its own s***m production.

Past Roadblocks: A severe infection when you were younger (like the mumps) or an untreated STI can create blockages or damage the factory where s***m is made.

Mismatched Messengers: The brain sends chemical signals, like FSH and LH, to the testicles. If these messengers are too weak or out of balance, the factory won't get the signal to work hard.

My goal is to stop the guesswork and give you a clear plan. We can't fix what we don't test for.

From the outside, it looks like a miracle.
Inside, it’s sacrifice, patience, and a thousand moments of holding on — even when hope tries to slip away. ✨🤍

To the couple dreaming of a little heartbeat…
and the doctors who never stop fighting for it —
you are the real magic.

Most people explain IVF… but almost no one tells you what happens after the embryo transfer and after you get pregnant!
So let me tell you the part that actually matters.

If you’ve finally seen those two pink lines but still feel anxious — you’re not alone. IVF pregnancy care is a different journey altogether. It needs closer monitoring, gentler routines, stress-proof habits, and emotional support that goes beyond standard check-ups.

Because in IVF, every heartbeat feels like a miracle… and protecting that miracle means protecting you first — your body, your mind, and your peace.

You’ve done the hard part. Now let’s guide you through the most important part.

As a fertility specialist, I often see the struggles many couples go through.. and it need not be that way.

Talk to each other, take a pause and start treatment soon.

It's safe and effective.
