This is a case of 47year female presented with c/0-Headache, Hyperacidity And raised blood pressure - 170/100.She is k/c/o-H.plylori and take medicine for Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia.

At started ,His HbA1C was 10.2.After that continue all treatment protocol,his HbA1C decreased and now reduced from 10.2 to 6.8.

A 47 year old female patient consulted for her excessive weight gain.she is taken medicine for her chronic uti + hypertension.

We started treatment 3 months back from December.Her medicine of uti + hypertension stopped very first day.She follow All advised and improved her overall health.
