NEW MOON & AUTUMM EQUINOX ✨ CLEANSED & CLEAR ✨

Finishing a 7 days juicing and water cleanse was a big feast 2 weeks ago. (Of course I shared my fruits with mi Amor and had the whole day to slowly enjoy them!).
With a series of colonics and preparations followed, I’ll be doing a liver flush tomorrow! And soon after a kidneys cleanse. 💦

My first long fasting was around 12 years ago, and I’ve been fasting more regularly for the last 5 years.
The more I do it, the easier it gets and the more benefits I perceive at all levels.

There are many different reasons to do a fast, my intentions are to keep my sacred body/Instrument clear, give a release to my organs, also release stored emotions in my physical body and probably the most noble of all: to become a clear instrument for divine connection ✨ Spiritual breakthrough.

Jesus and many others spiritual teachers wrote about the importance of fasting.

Our life’s are so speed up, we have to process so much information, change & transformation happens so fast, in this times one year feels like 5!!

Balance. More energy. Focus. Inner calm. These are all things we crave in our fast-paced world.
Sometimes we have to slow down!
Even if we regularly do yoga and meditate, life gets challenging.

Restore and rebalance. Reflect and receive.

I’m preparing a series of online modules where I’m sharing ALL of my practices and tips for you to live a vibrant, joyful and youthful + spiritually connected life! 💕 we all want that!

I’m sharing with you the way I take care of myself and what I’ve learned through the years and from different traditions. I prefer gentle and slow ways with self love, motivate my systems to open up and rest.

A seed has been planted.

A very long time dream has been growing in my heart and now is really ready to grow.
All is about timing. Sometimes we have to wait and keep our dreams in patience. Divine timing comes. And yesterday at portal 09.09.2020 I’m planting intentions and visualizations✨ I don’t know right now exactly the steps to follow but I’m really. I feel support, grace and guidance flowing to me and through me ✨

I pulled a card for guidance and this is what I hear: “Like the ocean, life moves in waves and tides. Timing is everything so when an opportunity presents itself, you must dive in at that moment. Everything that you’ve done to prepare your self will accompany you. Yet, if you hesitate or procrastinate, another opportunity will surely come along, just as the tides wash in and out continuously. Enjoy experiencing its various rhythms, and allow all doubts to be washed away”.

Don’t hesitate ✨ This is the right thing to do ✨ You’re prayers are being answered ✨ Get ready for a big and happy change ✨ Celebrate your success ✨ Know that you’re qualified and ready for this opportunity ✨

COHERENCE ✨

I really respect others beliefs and remind myself of not being judgmental.

But this is about coherence, I ask myself, why are some of us practicing meditation and doing yoga or even teaching yoga, at the same time allowing in the body sacrificed animals that carry pain? Every leaving being, no matter how small, have a nervous system, that experiences pain when killed.

What are they meditating upon while at the same time supporting a system of violence and suffering starting with humble beings as the animals?
Is that peace of mind? In the name of “enjoyment” and social customs?

This times we’re living in, are asking from us to question all our values, and we need to be coherent. If we wish a fair and peaceful reality, we gotta start with us and our small actions, what are we supporting?
And are my actions generating more suffering or love?

It’s very simple.

There is a light in me, that recognizes and sees the Essence in every One and in every Thing and in every Moment: Pure Universal Love ✨

I am not talking about being an “angel” and seeing everything perfect, I am really talking about those moments of simple love connection to your self, to everyone and to life when you feel that everything is ok, as it is, that everything will be ok. That I’m sure you have experienced in some moments of your existence. I am curious to hear ... do you know what I mean?

How do you access it, what do yo do to remain longer there and why do we sometimes “stop” the flow of love? Maybe there is not answer for that... but just inner reflection✨

For me is daily Sadhana... spiritual practice in form of conscious breath, prayer, meditation, singing, mantras chant or repetition, body movement, dance, going for a walk in nature, cultivating the most important relationship in your life: relationship to your Self, to then be able to feel that connection to the Divine in You and see it everywhere.

All day becomes a prayer and an offering. And we’re living in times when keeping this connection vital! Keep your heart open and connect daily to the energy of love, positivism and gratitude that lives in You. 💫

Tomorrow Lion’s Gate ✨ 08.08.
The veils are fine for us to connect with the astral and transform energy, divine alignment, and visualize our intentions with the power of the planets and the times that we’re living in.

One of my purposes is, to embody what I most treasure in this human experience: Love. To be an open channel to love and be able to transform everything into the highest of the vibrations which is Love, with the Medicine in my own heart.

Tomorrow my intention will be to sit in meditation, connect and access the wisdom that resides in me and that is the voice of my ancestors and ask for guidance to see, to gain clarity and to arise more courageous, more connected, more anchored to my truth and life purpose.

Lion’s Gate is a portal for accelerated ascension and major shifts on all levels. You’re always creating your reality, but when the Gate is open, everything moves faster and with intensified energy and it is a vortex of power and should be engaged with conscious intent for positivity! Set an intention, create little rituals and send your intention to the heavens using your powerful breath! ✨🙌🏾✨🦋✨

Every morning and every night I Pray for the whole world ✨ wherever is needed ✨

For us to believe that it’s possible to live in a reality of love, compassion and kindness.

For us to be able to transform old paradigms

I know of many other people, priests and shamans doing the same for the world.

Let us unite and never underestimate the power of prayer.

Not the prayer of just asking in fear.
But the one connected to the force of the heart, the place from where we really can create and manifest.

And to feel grateful for that we’re able to pray and to feel united to all other prayers!

To say thanks for Mother Earth.

And to feel in our hearts that, what we’re praying for.
