A case of diabetic patient. patient presented with generalized periodontitis with hopeless prognosis of upper teeth having grade 3 mobility and indicated for extractions and lower anterior teeth (incisors and canines) too indicated for extractions.
In the upper arch, extractions of all teeth followed by immediate placement of implants upto premolars was done. the molars were replaced by cast partial denture.
in the lower arch, the premolars and molars were conserved and were treated with flap (gum) surgery and bone grafting. the anteriors were replaced by implant supported prosthesis.
