☀️ Summer Health & Hydration Tips for Kids 👶💧

Hot weather can easily lead to dehydration in children, so regular fluid intake is very important. Encourage kids to drink water frequently—even before they feel thirsty—and include ORS, coconut water, and fresh juices to maintain hydration.

🍉 Add seasonal fruits like watermelon, mango, and cucumber to their diet
🌡️ Avoid outdoor exposure during peak heat (10 AM – 4 PM)
👕 Dress them in light, loose cotton clothing
🥗 Keep meals light, fresh, and home-cooked for better digestion
