Personal trainers typically become personal trainers out of a passion for being healthy, fit and active. They're not normally the type of people who could stomach a desk job or sit alone in a cubicle ”paper pushing“. It's a job that starts out with heart, motivation and a love for all things fitness...the trick is, keeping it that way! If you want to keep yourself on track for a successful long term career, you should understand the role of the personal trainer. Here's some common reasons (but not all, and in no particular order):

1) I want to help people to live a healthy lifestyle

2) I want to make my own lifestyle into a career, or supplement my income with something I enjoy

3) I want to teach people about the body and what it's capable of

4) I want to love my job

By definition, a personal fitness trainer is a fitness professional possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals.

Dedicated this dhamekedar transformation to myself… this wasn’t easy but if you have will power to workout for 3.5 to 4 hours a day, thn you can achieve this naturally in 2 months…
My daily routine goes like that morning 1.5 hours of strength training with alternate days of abs workout along with 1 hour of cardio…. And evening 1 hour cardio daily…
Fat% From 19.5 to 14. Lost weight around 4kgs, but most importantly gained significant muscle mass…

PS: for normal people it take 5 to 6 months for such transformation…

Smoking decreases oxygen in the body and reduces endurance
Every puff of smoke inhaled causes the airways to constrict. Over time, the narrowing of airways causes irreversible lung damage
Smoking increases blood pressure and your heart rate

Since the very beginning of this ongoing pandemic situation, health experts around the world have been stressing on strengthening immune system to decrease the effects of Coronavirus. We have seen several traditional herbs and spices coming back in vogue since last year. A study, published in 'Plos One' journal, even found enough vitamin D content in the body may lessen the oxygen requirement in patients affected with Coronavirus. The sudden surge in Covid cases has been worrisome.

New large population study indicates that taking multivitamins, omega-3, probiotics or vitamin D supplements may lessen the risk of Coronavirus, at least among women.
