Spinal decompression therapy ...
A special traction table or computerized machine gently stretches the spine.
This creates negative pressure inside the spinal discs, which may help:
-Pull back bulging or herniated discs.
-Improve movement of nutrients and oxygen into the discs for healing.
-Reduce pressure on nerves, easing pain.

Commonly used for:
