Job Description 1. Resource planning for smooth operation and defining guidelines for handling network operations and maintenance.
2. Ensuring deployment of spares, Test and Measurement equipments, tools for meeting MTTR and timely replenishment of faulty hardware
3. Monitor dispatch and delivery of O&M spares against faults and track till delivery and fault closure.
4. Meeting product vendor for ensuring technical support, RS&R and up-gradation of spare
5. Monitoring Vendor SLAs RS&R Support and vendor rating, preparation of service Entry for AMC payments.
6. Regular meetings as per schedule with Vendors for tracking and maintaining the AMC value realization
7. Coordinating with field engineers and MSL for inventory of spare and T&M.
8. Planning budget for meeting network operation and maintenance requirement.
9. Ensuring timely AMC and Vendor Support plan with Transport Vendors.
10. Presentation to the management on Daily, weekly and monthly status reports on RS&R, status and critical issues.
11. Making and implementing Reliance customized procedures for smooth operation and maintenance and monitoring implementation of procedures

Desired Profile 1.Should be hands on Transport Networks operation &
Maintenance, Fiber & Utilities
2. Knowledge of logistics activity and supply chain management.
3. SAP MM and PM Modules knowledge
4. Knowledge of EXIM activity
5. Knowledge of documentation requirement for logistics of
equipment to various states.
6. Good communication and co-ordination skill
