We did a two and a half hour parent training session on early interventions in Autism yesterday. We focused especially on children less than 5 years. We discussed about the various reasons behind behaviour problems, sensory processing problems, strategies to improve pre-linguistic skills (eye contact, joint attention, response to name, pointing) and parallel talk. A good way to end 2023. Wish everyone a very happy new year!

A parent session on toilet training in children with Autism. We discussed about the various reasons behind the struggles parents face in making their kids toilet trained. We went through the practical steps to help parents get on with this challenging task!
