If you think that you need an anchor right now in your life to understand yourself and your relationships or even your environment, you can talk to me about it.

I majorly take cases of relationship issues, anxiety problems, work life balance issues, stress management, body image issues, self esteem problems, depression and career guidance and growth.

I was honoured to a guest speaker at , Physics Dept.
Gave an interactive session on how we can work on our lifestyle and manage stress.

I believe that live breath-work session proved to be calming for professors and the students too.
It was absolutely amazing with the kids and their active participation throughout the session.

I would surely welcome all such events which make me interact with people and make me able to create awareness for mental wellbeing.

I realised, I might be doing something right when I received this token of love from my student, I used to teach 3 years back.
The journey that gave me, of being able to teach and mentor psychology students will always be super special to me because it made me be the teacher who was funny and kind and supportive all throughout their journey.
I am blessed with all the kids, I got to teach.

When you get reviews, you know that you must be doing something right.

When I say that my sessions are tailor made, it does take efforts to make it so and for those sessions to work out for the clients.
A lot of research and readings goes behind making progress, and reviews make you believe that it’s going well, for the client and for your profession.

1. Books can be your source of psychoeducation- which is very important part of helping you heal and understand what is happening to your body.

2. Reading fictions in crisis situation can help you take your mind off the topic and can help you be out of fight or flight mode.

3. Reading about people with similar conditions can act as a major source to help you understand that you are not alone.

4. Some books can help you basic techniques to soothe you and help you cope.
