Raw Mango Chutney with Tempering (Tadka)

Ingredients:

Main Mix:
• Raw Mango – 1 (peeled and chopped)
• Tomato – 2 (chopped)
• Green Chilli – 2
• Garlic Cloves – 5-6
• Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
• Coriander Leaves – a handful
• Mint Leaves – a few
• Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
• Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
• Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp

For Tempering (Tadka):
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
• Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp

Instructions:
1. Grind/Mash:
In a mortar and pestle or mixer, coarsely grind/mash raw mango, tomato, green chillies, garlic, and onion.
2. Mix:
Add chopped coriander and mint leaves, cumin powder, chilli powders, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Prepare Tadka:
Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
4. Combine:
Pour the tadka over the chutney and mix well.
5. Serve:
Serve fresh as a spicy, tangy accompaniment with rice, dosa, or snacks.

Raw Mango Chutney 😍👌
Ingredients
- Raw Mango 1 (medium size)
- lehsun 3 cloves
- onion 1 small
- mint leaves 1/4 cup
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Dry Red Chilli 2-3 (as per your taste)
- Salt 1 tsp

Process :
Peel off mango & cut into small pieces
Coarsely Grind all things together without water .
Enjoy Raw mango chutney with dal rice 💕👌😍
