Patient came with C/o Pain on taking hot and relieved by cold water. Diagnosed as suppurative gaseous pulpitis and immediate RCT started.
Cleaning shaping by 30/4% and 25/4% Hyflex CM for distal and mesial canal respectively.
Irrigation copious with 17% edta and 5% hypo.
Agitated with corresponding GP 200 times per canal.
And obturated with cold lateral condensation.
