A pt with fulminant UC underwent ileostomy and then medical management, as he was not responding to medication posted for surgery
Laparoscopic Total Procto- colectomy with ileal pouch was done, Pt post operative period was uneventful and he was discharged on POD 7

Chronic Pancreatitis with pancreatic duct stone causes pain in abdomen with backache, pancreatic duct hypertension needs surgery in which duct is cleared and anaethmosis with jejunum is done , procedure is lateral Pancreatico-jejunostomy, it is done with open and laparoscopic approach , laparoscopic surgery shown in video.
