Chronic Pancreatitis with pancreatic duct stone causes pain in abdomen with backache, pancreatic duct hypertension needs surgery in which duct is cleared and anaethmosis with jejunum is done , procedure is lateral Pancreatico-jejunostomy, it is done with open and laparoscopic approach , laparoscopic surgery shown in video.
