Transformation alert!
Meet Mr Ashish!
When he started his fitness journey with us he was 110kgs (Left pic), after working with us he came down to 80kg.
Remember one thing for any transformation to happen the client and the coach both are responsible.
Ashish was working out in a gym and was working really hard, but he couldn’t get the results that he was looking for.
The he got in touch with us!
We told him how quantified nutrition is important, how regular follow ups can help him stay on track, how weekly check in’s can help both the coach and the client to track progress. His coach just told him one thing and that was trust the process and stay consistent.
He believed in his coach and our team and started working with us and then the results started following.
