How?

To gain 1 kg of Fat you need to have 7700 calories!
The weight you see that you gain next day has many factors such as Food weight, Water weight, Constipation, Glycogen Stores!

Himanshu came to us after losing 10-12kgs on his own.
He lives in Canada and he thought his weight got stuck.

When we first talked to him we found The biggest reason behind his stuck weight....

Spoiler- He didn’t hit a “PLATEAU”

The reason was “Random food portions”
He lives alone and he was managing his food via
“Tiffin Service” this led to Random Food
Portions.
Here is how our “3 Step FLE Method” made him start losing weight again with the same Tiffin
Service Food.

Here is the First Step...

1. Foundation- We understood what was he getting in the Tiffin, what was he doing for his workout, how many steps was he doing currently, how frequently was he eating out, which place did he go to eat out, what food can he cook on his own.
After this, we implemented the second step.

2. We Crafted a Meal plan as per his tiffin and programmed a 4 days gym workout for him along with sustainable walking targets..
