"After 5 years I'm able to sleep well now. The past 2 days I'm not experiencing the headache and burning sensation in the eye that I'd been suffering from, for the last 6 months.
The pain in the chest has reduced considerably. I get the pain once a day and it doesn't even bother me. I used to have it all day before.
I don't feel as hungry as before.
I don't hate people anymore and I observe I have a more positive outlook towards life", said Raj.
At synQlarity Deepak and I offer sessions in packages of five-one hour sessions.
We start off with an orientation session where we offer the client, pointers on how we go about the sessions, the techniques we use, why we use them and how it helps them achieve their desirable outcomes. The client also shares his/her views and expectations from the sessions. To us this is a very important step to ensure that we are on the same page and the client is empowered to make informed decisions as far as the sessions are concerned.

Raj (name changed) was referred to us by one of our clients. When he called us he was experiencing quite a few health challenges, lack of sleep, anger issues and some difficulty with interpersonal relationship at his workplace. With a recent break up, life didn't look very rosy on the personal front too.
We observed, what was going for him was his willingness to change things for the better. And we knew that the decision he took to reach out, with the desire to change and improve his life was the first step to make it happen.
Within a single session and that too the orientation session where we gave him some guidelines and exercises to practice, we saw a massive shift in one week. When he logged in for the next session, this was his feedback:

By the end of the 5th session when we connected for a review call, he reported immense physical and mental well being. A 98% reduction in his chest pain and he wasn't feeling the pressure in his eyes any more and didn't need his spectacles.
He said, "I knew about positivity. But it was difficult to practice. With the help of your sessions I was able to go beyond that block."
His irritation with people at work had reduced too.

Now what did we do?
Did we have a magic wand that swept his issues away?
Not at all. What we experience on a physical level has a lot to do with our thoughts and experiences. And once you know how you function, how your body responds to your external environment to create similar patterns in your life, with a few techniques of mind intervention and a clear understanding, you can change any pattern or condition.
