Its not only tasty but its also very healthy.Definetly you can add it while you are in your weightloss journey,but you have to eat it mindfully,you should not exceed the portion size not only while eating chutney but any other food.

Whats so special in this recipe??

This recipe is the one of my own recipe submitted during my dietitian course.

Since i have got the assignment to prepare the food rich in Iron,I have prepared this dosa with drumstick leaves,The whole recipe is given in the post along with the amount of iron provided by this iron rich dosa.
Its very easy and simple to prepare,so definetely try it out,and let me know how was it? in the coment.

But people are not ready to accept it?why??

why because,if they accept this fact they need to start a healthy eating.and

90% of any illness will get cured or reversed only through proper food.

Yes,Its true most of our health issues only arraises only from the fact of us not taking the proper balaced meal.

once we start our balanced food intake definetely most of our illness will get cured.

I am sure most of us would have uttered it when we heard the name of this new disease called "Black Fungus".

Its really very important to know about this disease than Panicking unknowingly.

Add these Banana and oats smoothie to your diet and make more yummyest diet.

1 ripened banana
1/2 cup oats
1 glass thick curd
3-4 dates
4-5 almond
2 spoons of soaked chia seeds
5 ml venila essence
Add all the above ingedients to the blending jar and blend it to the course

and voyla your oats and Banana smoothie is ready for breakfast.

This yummy smootie has approximately 265 Calorie

good to gut health,improves the overall health and leads to weightloss.

Why Accepting Your Body Can Help You Lose Weight??

When it comes to accepting your body, ​do you need some serious help? What do you see when you look in the mirror? Do you see a body you like and accept? Or do you pick it apart and criticize every little thing you want to change about it? I'm guessing it's the latter.

A large majority of people, particularly women, do not like what they see in the mirror. In fact, they downright HATE what they see in the mirror. I would've included myself in that ​majority up until about 1 years ago.

Below are some steps to accept your body as it is...

1.​Practice Appreciation
2.Tune in and Listen to Your Body
3.​Remember: accepting your body takes patience, practice and Consistency.

and yes many studies has been proven that once you accept and start loving your body as it is,will definetly help you loose wight faster.So why wait....your are Beautiful how may ever you are just accept it.

yes,I am telling you the truth,really its not that tough.

but only thing is we need to know the right things to do it in the right way.

one important thing which you want to know to loose your weight is
"THE PORTION SIZE"
if we can control the portion size of each thing what we eat,you can really eat anything and everything.

Since its my first post here i would like to introduce myself to you.

I am Lakshmi Anand,A diet expert.

Turned my passion into proffession after working for 8 long years in corporate as a senior analyst in an Investment Banking.

Have lost 20kgs of my own weight before i started this journey as a dietitian.

I started loving the food which magically changed my whole life,where i was seeing food as plesure to changed my self to see food as miracle medicine which is in every bite it energieses,protects,builds,....much more what we can actually imagine.
