Amidst the serene stretches and mindful breaths, I pondered: is the journey arduous, perhaps even painful? And is it acceptable to defy the norm of sleeping past 10 AM? ๐ค๐ค
Yet, as the morning unfolded, I discovered an undeniable truth: the profound sense of fulfillment and vitality that resonated within me served as a beacon, illuminating not just my day, but infusing vigor into my entire week, and indeed, my entire life. โจ๐ช
Grateful for the consistent guidance and personal correction sessions that have enriched my practice, I am driven to delve deeper, to refine my focus and commitment. ๐๐ซ
Reflecting on personal experiences, Iโve come to understand the importance of regular recalibration.
