You can definitely plan to live at max possible lifespan in span, I am not telling to live 100year but seeing the circumstances how much you can live.

But Indian has lived 100 also I have seen the example in my family itself. It totally depends kind of lifestyle we are living.

โ€œIโ€™ve always tried to walk a mile a day, and we count footsteps so we know when it is,โ€ Szekely says.

โ€œI canโ€™t take a nap in the afternoon unless Iโ€™ve got my steps in. Itโ€™s not anything that is rigid, it just is something you do. Just like waking up in the morning.โ€

Szekelyโ€™s exercise habits are less vigorous than they used to be when she was younger, but still effective, she explains. Moving naturally through low-intensity physical activity like walking is a practice that the worldโ€™s longest-living people do often.

Szekely has followed a mostly plant-based diet since she was a child. โ€œIโ€™m a pescatarian. And I actually have been fortunate of never eating meat because of my parents,โ€ she says.

Her eating habits align closely with the Mediterranean diet which prioritizes whole grains, fruits and vegetables, fish and more.

Iโ€™m delighted to see this fruit bowl in the office snacksโ€”Iโ€™ve been craving something like this for a long time. What if our office snacks were a bit healthier, rather than always offering deep-fried items like samosas, patties, pakoras, vadas, and bhajjis?

Iโ€™ve been hoping for this change for a long time. Slowly, people are becoming more aware and making better choices.

Amidst the serene stretches and mindful breaths, I pondered: is the journey arduous, perhaps even painful? And is it acceptable to defy the norm of sleeping past 10 AM? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ค

Yet, as the morning unfolded, I discovered an undeniable truth: the profound sense of fulfillment and vitality that resonated within me served as a beacon, illuminating not just my day, but infusing vigor into my entire week, and indeed, my entire life. โœจ๐Ÿ’ช

Update on a scam involving a sum of โ‚น1,00,000 through Apple gift cards ๐Ÿšจ ๐Ÿšจ ๐Ÿšจ

So, I was able to file an FIR at the police station, but it wasnโ€™t easy; it took five days of running around to five different police stations. Here is my FIR number: โ€œ0134/2024โ€ dated 12/04/2024.

Here are the steps to take if you fall victim to a cyber scam; these are necessary procedures to be done immediately:

Step 1: Immediately report it to the nearest police station where the incident occurred.

Step 2: Lodge a complaint with your bankโ€™s customer care.

Step 3: File a complaint with the customer care of the platform where the transactions took place; for me, it was Apple gift cards.

Step 4: Promptly file a complaint with Cybercrime. You can do this by calling 1930 or visiting www.cybercrime.gov.in, but it must be done within 48 hours.

Step 5: Once you receive acknowledgment from Cybercrime, register the same with the police station and get the FIR completed.

After all these steps, itโ€™s crucial to stay positive, surround yourself with supportive people, and maintain hope that things will return to normal.

Itโ€™s natural to feel stressed, and your mental health may suffer, causing self-doubt, but trust me, things will improve.

After a lot of calls, visits, and struggling, I managed to report the cybercrime to the port, and here is the attached acknowledgement.

Please let me know if anyone has contacts in the cyber cell who can help me escalate this case.

It would be really helpful to get some peace out of it.

Is maintaining your health proving to be a challenge? ๐Ÿค”

Let me share a glimpse into my recent wellness journey. For a while now, Iโ€™ve been committed to 5 days of weight training and a daily yoga practice. But life threw a few extra responsibilities my way, making it tough to keep up with my original routine.

Despite the hurdles, I refused to compromise on my health. While I may have scaled back on the intensity of weight training, my dedication to mindful eating and yoga never wavered. ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ’ช And guess what? It paid off! Even with just 2 days of weight training on weekends, Iโ€™ve managed to sustain my well-being. ๐Ÿ’ฅ

My energy levels are up, my sleep quality has improved, and my body parameters are on point. Itโ€™s proof that even small adjustments can lead to big wins in the realm of health. And letโ€™s not forget the magical powers of yoga! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธโœจ

Itโ€™s wonderful to see you after such a long time, bhai โค๏ธ

The true friendship we shared in college still remains as pure as ever, and it will endure forever.

I fondly recall our times in the college mess, devouring 50 chapatis together. Though I donโ€™t indulge in such feasts anymore, I certainly miss those college days.

Back then, our understanding of nutrition was simply eating as much as you could and working out as hard as possible ๐Ÿคฃ, but we definitely had an attitude of staying physically active.

What an emotional moment it is to reconnect today.
