Build strength, balance, and flexibility with this beautiful Side bending poses and variation.

Start slow, open the back with basic stretches carefully, and focus on shoulder and back mobility + shoulder stability instead of forcing the pose.
Progress one step at a time and let your body open naturally. 💖
