PART 5 - Healthy Practices 101 with Songs!

🏃‍♀️ We all have a tendency to keep going or moving on or rushing through things as we find ourselves in the hustle culture both personally and professionally.

⏸️ But pausing when things feel like they are everywhere can really help in slowing down both the mind and body. This can aid in processing what’s happening in the moment without having to keep going on and perhaps continuing with renewed energy and purpose.

Thanks for watching! Let me know your thoughts on this in the comments below!

I just closed two short term, goal based supervision groups over the last month and a half, and it couldn’t have been more fulfilling. ✨

In both the groups, practitioners came in with various themes of needing community and wanting growth and I feel glad that the group spaces were able to provide them with exactly that.

🎨 Picture 1, depicts a closing art work we did at the end of the group and it highlights how there was a constructive shift for the members in their journey alongside the group. These were made by 2 separate individuals and yet felt very similar in their depiction and meaning.

📜 Picture 2, is a closing screenshot from another group that focused on building their practice and finding motivation to do the work beyond the therapy room and the feedback reflected alot of that.

⚡️So with that energy, I am now opening space for long term supervision groups for MHPs starting January 2026.
The frequency and date-times will be decided mutually once the group comes together. One group will consist of maximum 4-5 people.

If you’d like to share your interest to join the group or learn more about it, please find the details and form link in bio.

Looking forward to creating more such spaces for practitioners!

Something that has moved a lot of us today, has given rise to bigger conversations too.
SWIPE LEFT to read more.
We all matter to someone, but sometimes not enough to our ownselves. REACH OUT and seek help NOW, if this thought resonates with you. Invite yourself to be non-judgemental about others, to help them open up and more importantly to be non-judgemental about your ownself, to allow yourself to be less critical for you.

And this is how we close a virtual program, through virtual group hugs!
Had the most enriching time teaching on this online program and learning from everyone who joined in as well.
The challenging step of taking movement work through an online medium, was a difficult one to take but was finally able to break that barrier in my mind.
Thank you for being a great partner through this!
