🏃♀️ We all have a tendency to keep going or moving on or rushing through things as we find ourselves in the hustle culture both personally and professionally.
⏸️ But pausing when things feel like they are everywhere can really help in slowing down both the mind and body. This can aid in processing what’s happening in the moment without having to keep going on and perhaps continuing with renewed energy and purpose.
