Happy World Heart Day
"Heart" is one of the cutest and most hard-working organs in our system. Sometimes we personify, and sometimes we make a virtual exchange😂. On account of World Heart Day let's see the top 7 things which do wonders to our hearts.
1. Wake up - As soon as we wake up we shouldn't get up from our bed instead, stay there for a couple of minutes and then get up slowly
2. Exercise - We should exercise regularly and yes it shouldn't exceed more than half an hour a day or less than 3hrs a week T&C apply
3. Food - We should always eat good and nutritious food
4. Overweight - We should always be in a normal BMI and not only that our waist circumference measurement should be as per standards ( Female - 85cms, Male - 90cms )
5. Habits - Smoking and drinking alcohol should be avoided to the greater extent
6. Mental health - This is the most important thing which is neglected, try and come out as soon as possible from stress, anxiety, and depression.
7. Sleep - Try and take sufficient rest.
