Why are we gaining weight? Why are we eating too much? Why are we having see increasing rates of Non-Communicable diseases like diabetes, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction and so on?

Did you know?‼️‼️ Simple act like not using the restroom 🚽on a regular basis can also lead to indigestion symptoms !

We often think only eat oily spicy foods or heavy meals or fast food causes indigestion symptoms.

Yes it’s true, but it’s not the only reason. Many health and wellness companies are coming up with juices/ supplements etc to help indigestion. But the sad truth is most of us don’t need one🚫 You might have symptoms of indigestion even on a normal day, Why? It’s because of triggers 🔺like those stated 👆 in the post

Unless you treat the ✅ root cause these supplements will only be a quick fix with long term implications!!!😣

So think logically, eating healthy is simple but not easy😉

You can follow a gut health routine just like your hair/skin care routine ! Now, how do you do that? Keep a watch on my page for the upcoming posts on gut health routine !! 🤞

Do you know what consumer behaviour scientists at these social media companies do?😪😪😪

Play around with our reward system so that we feel happy every time we see a like / emoji pop up on our screens. They take advantage of our dopamine release pattern to create a false sense of gratification. 😟

These manipulations are said to stimulate us like low dose cocaine🤯 in our brains and in the long term cause issues including anxiety, depression, personality issues, and so on. This in turn has an effect on our social and personal relationships that add up to our mental stress thus costing our health at the end.

If social media is costing your health in direct or indirect ways comment VICTIM to show your support against consumer behaviour manipulation! ❤️

Probiotics are said to be one of the important factors for a healthy gut, and a healthy gut.💩

One good source of probiotics are fermented foods but we must also understand that these tiny mic-organisms are sensitive to temperature, light, acidity and other such factors. Not all fermented foods are a source of probiotics, the best example is idli/dosa batter - though it undergoes fermentation and has colonies of beneficial bacteria, when the batter is treated with heat (in case of idli or dosa) there is destruction of these microbes.

📌So what other fermented foods have better probiotic load?
Simple daily examples include curd, rice soaked in water overnight or the so called "ice-biriyani", pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi , temph, etc
