Introduction to yoga therapy:

Vignanamaya kosha : power house of intelligence and thoughts . It is the base for sampragnatha samadhi . Kosha develops the capacity of choosing good /bad thoughts and judgement and bring the stage of stitha pragna.Activated through yogic counseling by self or others .
Anandamaya kosha : This kosha contains full of native Bliss and joy as reflected from purest pristine foundation source athma . This kosha helps in. Self realization, and activated through satsang bhajanas..
