Most miseries & anxieties are "felt" due to a constant churning of "unintended thoughts" and emotions.

The latter (emotions), in a way, arise due to these "unintended thoughts" which are themselves a result of:

1) a lack of a routine, and/or
2) a lack of mindfulness (being "present" in the moment)

Well, how do you get rid of "unintended thoughts"?

Build Keystone Habits :)

Keystone habits are those few *core habits* that produce a *disproportionate impact* on the quality of our lives!

- Reduce stress levels,
- Improve health & well-being,
- Strengthen relationships,
- Provide enjoyment & focus in work

They help you develop a new identity and truly believe in your ability to change yourself!

That brings about a domino effect or chain reaction of other positive lifestyle changes and habits.
