Walking Meditation is when you are in complete sync with the nature around you. When you have a heightened awareness of feeling every movement of the leaves, smelling the fragrance around you and absorbing the joy of being alive. Every step you take is like an expansion of existence. Walking takes on a different meaning altogether when you walk for the joy of it.
So walk, walk for health, joy, love and peace.
