The desire to reach for the stars
is ambitious
The desire to reach hearts
is wise🧡✨
- Maya Angelou
This is one of my favorite quotes and the reason I love and do what I do
Being touristy in :) at the beautiful Bourke Luck Potholes. If you're wondering, we didn't find any gold, but the view was just priceless.A must do on the Panorama Route 🇿🇦

Natarajasana - Dancer Pose
The next post in the Yoga for Runners Series!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️✨

Natarajasana is a brilliant balancing pose that resembles a dancing pose of Lord Shiva. It's a great way to stretch all the leg muscles, hips and chest after a good run. There are variations of this asana that can be performed depending on your level, you can progress from holding your ankle to slowly working on flipping your grip
Yes, with yoga you can transform yourself into a graceful dancer after a run😉Do try it next time and you'll feel the difference.
