World Meditation Day at HAMSA Yoga Studio
On the occasion of World Meditation Day, we came together to experience the true depth of meditation—step by step, with awareness and intention.
We began with gentle body movements to release stiffness and prepare the body for long, comfortable sitting.
Then we moved into breathing practices to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and enhance focus.
Finally, we entered deep meditation, allowing stillness, clarity, and inner connection to unfold.
This immersive session lasted over two hours, reminding us that meditation is not just a practice—it is a journey from the body, to the breath, to the mind.
Grateful to everyone who joined us and made this World Meditation Day truly meaningful.
