Is Health = Absence of disease? Most of us think so. But that is not true. Just because you don't have an illness does not necessarily mean you're healthy.

Here are 8 symptoms of health, which is an indication that our body is fully clean from inside & there's no disease.

2. Will this new program allow for foods and activities I love & enjoy?

3. Will this program heal the root cause of what made my body fat?

4. Will this program help me create healthy habits which I can continue lifetime?

5. What other positive results will this diet bring besides weight loss?

If you do not have answers to those questions, then the program is not worth your time, money or energy.

Losing weight should not be the only goal. But, if you have made the decision to lose weight, I praise you. Because it's not easy.

Losing weight definitely demands making corrections to your current lifestyle. Going to bed early, waking up early, making healthier food choices, making time to work out.

Definitely its worth it!!

These actions will build confidence. Take it from me. I was an underconfident, Obese person who has become more self-confident now.

I know that you can make fitness a priority and feel confident in how you look, feel, and carry yourself. It doesn't matter if you are young or old. It doesn't matter if you are 5 Kg or 50 Kg overweight.

All you have to do is TAKE ACTION.

A lot of us struggle when first starting a weight loss journey because they haven’t started changing their daily habits first!
Here are a few tips that will help you get on the right path.

Start creating healthy habits!
-Eat more fruits & Vegetables
-Prepare most of your meals at home
- Avoid Sugary Drinks
- Choose foods with healthy fat. Avoid saturated fat.
- Drink atleast 8 glasses of water.

Are you too busy to be healthy?
This has been my case as I always felt that it I was too busy to think about my fitness and health. Slowly I realised that it was leading to hormonal imbalance.
If you feel you are in the same situation, here are 3 simple tips
1. Walk & Talk – Keep moving while you are on calls
2. Keep a fruit in your bag so that you eat junk when you are hungry
3. Sleep for atleast 7-8 hrs so that you wake up fresh
It's easy to want something, but to make it happen is a whole new different ball game. Set priorities around your health and nutrition and it's time you recognize the need of it.

I’m sure if you follow these tips you’ll feel the same way that I’m feeling now.
So my question to you today is Are you in the "I want that" mode? or the "I am taking action mode"?
