Not every track is yours to run.
As we take an inward journey — in work, in life, in leadership — we begin to see:
It’s not about running every race.
It’s about running true to your race..
:: The race for integrity when shortcuts tempt.
:: The race for calm in the middle of urgency.
:: The race to create depth, over superficiality
You don’t have to be in every lane.
You don’t even have to run the track others laid out for you.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is build your own track. To step off the path of expectation and choose one that feels like yours.
A track aligned with your values, your truth, your pace.
So choose your race.
Or better yet, create it!
And then, run it with heart.
