I wanted to share something I’ve been quietly working on —

It’s called *The Quiet Reset* — a 3 days inner recalibration getaway in the cardamom estates of Kerala.

It’s intimate (just 20 people), and includes yoga therapy, breathwork, nature immersions, dynamic meditation, and emotional release sessions with Bhavini -
