Long story, short caption - Patient who delivered this cute boy of 2.4 kg , had history of pregnancy loss at 26 weeks in last pregnancy, Came for cervical stich and henced delivered by LSCS due to fetal distress. baby was in NICU for 5 days for HIGH RESPIRATORY RATE, and now mother side with full feeds.

After a long wait of induced labour, She delivered a cutest baby boy 👦 She was 39 weeks with polyhydramnios ( increased amniotic fluid ) , due to fetal distress had to undergo emergency LSCS .

She came in with a mass per abdomen since 6 months, which came out to be large ovarian cyst and did an biopsy which came to be benign, then she underwent total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo- oopherectomy ( uterus and ovaries removal ) .

This 40 year female , Has shown lot of courage, grit, strong beliefs, going against the family with her husband aside was such a lesson for me as a doctor to show up for what u really want. She had 1 girl child who was around 20 years old who passed away and now she came back with belief and conceived with ivf with no complications , going against her family. ✌️
