A nice FB post I felt like sharing

*Comparisons*

Shweta covered a distance of 10 km in one hour.

Akash covered the same distance in one and a half hours.

Which of the two is faster and healthier??

Of course our answer will be Shweta.

What if we say that Shweta covered this distance on a prepared track while Akash did it by walking on a sandy path???

Then our answer will be Akash.

But when we come to know that Shweta is 50 years old while Akash is 25 years old??

Then our answer will be Shweta again.

But we also come to know that Akash's weight is 140 kg while Shweta's weight us 65 kg.

Again our answer will be Akash

As we learn more about Akash and Shweta, our opinions and judgments about who is better will change.
The reality of life is also similar. We form opinions very superficially and hastily, due to which we are not able to do justice to ourselves and others.

Opportunities vary.
Life is different.
Resources differ.
Problems change.
Solutions are different.

Therefore the excellence of life is not in *comparing* with anyone but in testing oneself.

म्हाला आजारी असल्यासारखे वाटताच.

शांत रहा. लक्षात ठेवा, बहुतेक लोक कोविड-19 पासून बरे झाले आहेत आणि त्यांना इस्पितळात दाखल करण्याची गरज भासलेली नाही.

1⃣ स्वतःला विलग करा. चाचणी करून घेण्याची किंवा परिणाम मिळण्याची वाट पाहू नका.

2⃣ सल्ल्यासाठी डॉक्टरांशी संपर्क साधा.

3⃣ तुमचा श्वास जोरात चालू असेल तर दर 6 तासांनी किंवा वरचेवर तुमच्या ऑक्सिजनची पातळी तपासा.

4⃣ ऑक्सिमीटरवर ऑक्सिजनची पातळी 94% पेक्षा कमी दाखवत असेल, तर आपत्कालीन सेवा प्राप्त करा.
दर सहा तासांनी तुमचे तापमान तपासा. तुम्हाला ताप असल्यास वरचे वर तापमान तपासा.
📍 101F (38C) किंवा जास्त ताप तीन दिवस कायम राहिल्यास, आपत्कालीन सेवा प्राप्त करा.

5⃣ खालीलपैकी कोणत्याही प्रकरणी आपत्कालीन वैद्यकीय सेवा प्राप्त करा.
📍 वरचेवर आणि जोरात धाप लागत असल्यास.
📍 ओठ किंवा चेहरा निळसर झाल्यास.
📍 स्थळ आणि काळाचे भान हरपल्यास.
📍 छातीत निरंतर दुखत असल्यास किंवा दाब वाटत असल्यास.
📍 बोलण्यात विसंगती आल्यास/अपस्मार -सीझर आल्यास किंवा अडखळत बोलणे/झपाटण्या येणे.
📍 डोळे उघडे ठेवन्यास किंवा जागे रहाण मुश्किल झाल्यास.
