Food is first basic medicine.
If you manage all-arounder food ( such as protein, carbohydrates, minstrels, vitamins), with daily exercise you are not affected by any viral & other infection mostly.
You should take in food fruits and vegetables daily.
Most important thing is you should try & will for recover. You should good thoughts also. You should live with loyalty, that's reason your mind being always fresh.
