विकास मंडल ट्रस्ट द्धारा कोई सरकारी अनुदान अथवा मदद नहीं ली जाती हैं। इसके द्धारा की जाने वाली संपूर्ण चिकित्सा एवं सेवा इसके सदस्यों द्वारा दिए गए दान से की जाती है। हॉस्पिटल परिसर में कोई दानपेटी भी नहीं लगी हुईं है। अश्विनी हॉस्पिटल में लाभान्वित रोगी से एक वर्ष तक कोई रशीद नहीं काटी जाती है। एक वर्ष बाद वह चाहे तो दान देकर रशीद प्राप्त कर सकता है।इस दान पर आयकर विभाग की 80 जी की छूट मिलती हैं।
