1/4 cup mint leaves (chopped)

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetables:

Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

Oats chilla is a nutritious and delicious dish that can be enjoyed as a healthy breakfast or snack. Here's a simple recipe for you:

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
2 tablespoons grated carrots
1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Water, as needed
1 tablespoon oil for cooking
Instructions:

Prepare Oat Flour:

Grind the rolled oats in a blender to make a fine powder. This is your oat flour.
Make the Batter:

In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, besan, chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, grated carrots, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper powder.
