See , I'm sharing this from 3- 4 years ago experience scene
Why I'm putting it here now is , and in a very raw experience 1-1 talk format pls understand this because lately I came across many people who said I'm being lazy , unable to do , or have enrolled for some physical activity but are unable to push them or just do it .
They have full zeal , and fire but something pulls you down
You want to look fit slay and healthy I don't think if you even know what being healthy means sorry for that .

But , understand one thing .
You do yoga , kriya for a mandala or just a year but yes I dono how it works elsewhere
I learnt from my dad since childhood and then from isha and it aligned me in varies ways .
I too had phase where I tried my best to push myself every single day thinking physical activity is going to train my brian and cut of the laziness and negatives
I did it upto a level but the way yoga and kriya bounced things back is a boon
Under the guidance of living master I don't need to explain anything here .
So, coming back
Whatever you want , first be devoted to self and with conviction go ahead to complete what you do
Results are by product ppl don't get fooled to run behind it 😂
Set your goal to being healthy with body & mind rest will fall in place
