Being a yoga practitioner or a so called "yogii" or "yoginii" comprises a very different outlook towards life that reflects in each action of our every day lives.
A fundamental part of it involves the balance between body and mind. We may not be aware of it most of times, but most of our difficulties or limitations to deal with our daily challenges are connected to this.
The under or over secretion of hormones is directly linked to our various changes of mood, lack of patience, anger issues, lack of inspiration in general and even depression.
The regular practice of yoga postures with its proper breathing rhythm regulates that. The end result will be a stronger body and a stronger mind to overcome any difficult that may arise in life!
