KALAPATH SANSTHA is the group of the organized artists lead by Mr. Kushal Dixit and Mrunal Dixit prepare and perform various folk dances of Gujarat. Kalapath has received many honors and fame. The basic aim of the institute is to maintain the tradition with the scope of the creative individual talent. The Group is intently Supported by Former President, Taluka Panchayat Sihor Shree Manubhai Dixit (Digaji), Smt. Teacher Gurukul Highschool Songadh) and Prof. Dr. Chetan Trivedi. Kalapath Sanstha, managed by Shree Sant Shraddha Education Trust have made Bhavnagar as its workplace since last ten years and known by its art and culture and it is famous not only in Gujarat but in the other states also. The members of the Kalapath Sanstha are well-educated, skilled and well-trained. 1. Kalapath Sanstha has got the honour to have a price of Rs.1 lakh from “Akhil Gujarat Raas Spardha” by Karnavati Club Ahmadabad, in the auspicious presence of Hon. actress Ms.Asha Parekh
2. 45 minute’s program of various Folkdances presented at Ahmadabad Doordarshan, Title “Maa Amba Padharo Mare Aangne” during navratri 2011
3. The album of folk dance “ SURTALI” made by Kalapath which was released and inaugurated by hon.C.M.Mr.Narendra Modi, the first day of navratri dated 04/07/2008 and released worldwide by Moserbear India ltd.
4. Stood first in Zone level competition by western railway Raas-Garba Competetion.
5. Stood first in State level competition by western railway Raas-Garba Competetion.
6. Performed in Vibrant Gujarat Mahotsav by Gujarat Yuvak Sanskrutik vibhag, Gandhinagar in September-2009
7. Participated in the competition named “KHELLEIYA NO 1” by ETV Gujarati Channel and crossed the semifinal level.
8. Every year the members of Kalapath have performed in the zone, state, and national level competition by University.
9. Kalapath has performed various items in 1st may “Gujarat Gaurav Din” organized by Government of Gujarat.
10. The classical dance performed by Jigna Dixit who won the title “KAL KE KALAKAR” and also got national scholarship and who represented Indian classical dance in the countries like Italy, France, and Dubai by Indian embassy.
11. Kalapath has won first Title in “Akhil Bhartiy Raas-Garba Spardha” by Kalagurjari Gandhinagar.
12. Performed various folk dances in front of Pujya Bhai shree Rameshbhai Oza at Parwadi-Gujarat.
13. Performed various folk dances in front of Pujya Manjibapa at Bagdana.
14. Performed in “DHANYA DHARA SAURASHTRANI” at Rajkot in 15/08/2010 in the presence of Hon.C.M Shree Narendrabhai Modi.
15. Performed in JANMASHTAMI LOK-MELA organized by Bhavnagar Municipal Commissioner, at Javahar Medan, Bhavnagar.
16. Performed various folk dances in front of Mr. Fakirbhai Vaghela in the ending ceremony of the function of “SWARNIM GUJARAT MERETHON DOD” by Jitubhai Vaghani.
