Maharana Pratap Charitable Trust Bhiwani was established in the year 2003. It is a visionary organization and a catalyst of quality higher education in Haryana. To commensurate with its objectives of elevating the lot of mankind and promoting common weal to newer level of achievement, progress and success, MPCT started Bhiwani Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Bhiwani in the year 2003. The primary aim of the trust is the devotion to the social service and more so in the field of education. It is with the basic aim that this trust started imparting Engineering Education. In the year 2004 the Trust added a second feather in its cap and embarked upon MBA programme with an intake of 60 students. The college s duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and the Govt.of Haryana and is affiliated to M.D. In its chain of achievement the trust has started two polytechnics one at Sirsa-Ghogra, Bhiwani and another at Paluwas (Meham Road), Bhiwani, B.Ed. College for woman in the year 2006 at Paluwas Meham Road, Bhiwani. The BITS College of polytechnic is running diploma course in mechanical Engg. Computer Engg., Electronics & Communication, Automobile Engg. And Civil Engineering. Further, it plans to add new feathers of BITS Dental College and Bits College of Pharmacy, Bhiwani to impart pharmacy at their door-step.
