Most people don’t know that refined sugar is not necessary for any biochemical process or reaction in our body. The table sugar or refined sugar that we use is Sucrose which is a combination of fructose or Glucose.
Fructose is processed by the liver and is responsible for the storage of fat and the root cause of most of the diseases like Fatty liver, diabetes, etc.
How Sugar Is Harmful For Our Health & leads to weight gain?
Sugar can lead to a greater accumulation of fat which may turn into weight gain as well as fatty liver disease.
Sugar is a contributor to diabetes, which raises your risk for heart disease.
Consuming too much added sugar can raise blood pressure and increase chronic inflammation.

CLA found in ghee may help reduce excessive weight gain. It may also help reduce the mass of body fat in some people.

You can have natural foods with fat such as Ghee, Butter , Egg Yolks , Nuts, etc as long as you a refined carbs like sugary cereals , white bread , and over - processed food etc.
