The workshop was conducted under the initiative of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) to promote innovation-driven learning. The session focused on the integration of AI tools with Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in startups and modern businesses.

The resource person, Mr. Ashish Shrivastava, delivered an insightful session covering:  Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of LNCTE organized an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Outreach Program at New Shanti Niketan Higher Secondary School, Vidisha with the objective of fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among school students.The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members.
The session began with an introduction to innovation and its importance in today’s rapidly evolving world. Speakers Prof. Atul Shrivastava and Prof. Shivani Saxena explained how innovative ideas can solve real-life problems and contribute to societal development.

Students were introduced to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including startup concepts, idea generation, and the journey of becoming an entrepreneur. Real-life examples and success stories were shared to motivate students.

Interactive activities, discussions, and Q&A sessions were conducted to engage students and encourage them to share their ideas. The program also highlighted the role of institutions like IIC in supporting young innovators.

Institution Innovation Council(IIC) and The Department of Mathematics, Lakshmi Narain College of Technology Excellence (LNCTE), Bhopal, celebrated National Youth Day to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the great philosopher, spiritual leader, and youth icon of India. The celebration aimed to inspire students to recognize their inner strength, develop self-confidence, and contribute meaningfully to society. The theme emphasized the importance of self-awareness, self-discipline, and inner motivation as the foundation for bringing positive change to the world.
The program commenced with a brief and insightful introduction by Dr. Sushma Jat, Head of the Department of Mathematics, LNCTE, who highlighted the significance of National Youth Day and emphasized the enduring relevance of Swami Vivekananda’s teachings in modern times. Dr. A. K. Saxena, Principal, LNCTE encouraged students to embody the values of discipline, self-confidence, and dedication in order to contribute meaningfully to society and the nation.
The keynote motivational talk was delivered by Dr. Neena Gupta, who addressed the students with great enthusiasm and insight. In her address, she highlighted:
• The importance of self-belief and inner awakening
• The role of youth in nation-building
• The power of determination, discipline, and perseverance
• The relevance of Swami Vivekananda’s message in today’s competitive world
Dr. Neena Gupta encouraged students to channel their energy into constructive goals and to strive for excellence in academics, innovation, and character development. During her talk, she recited a powerful self-composed poetry titled “स्वयं को प्रज्वलित करो”, which deeply inspired the audience. The poem beautifully conveyed the message of inner strength, confidence, and the transformative power of self-motivation. Adding further inspiration to the event, Professor Kalpita Malviya recited an impactful poem dedicated to the youth. Her poetry emphasized courage, determination, and the limitless potential of young minds.

The workshop on “Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Startups” conducted by Institution Innovation Council(IIC), Lakshmi Narain College of Technology Excellence, Bhopal. Speaker Devansh Gupta,Young Entrepreneur Startup Incubated with Appollo Manipal Karnataka aimed to provide valuable insights into the dynamic world of startup marketing and sales. Devansh Gupta, a digital marketing specialist with expertise in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing, brought practical industry knowledge and real-world experience to the session.
In today’s highly competitive business environment, startups face numerous challenges in establishing their brand, acquiring customers, and sustaining growth. The workshop was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical implementation by equipping participants with modern sales techniques and innovative marketing strategies. It emphasized the importance of understanding customer behavior, building strong value propositions, and leveraging digital platforms for business expansion.
The session covered key aspects such as market research, branding, digital marketing tools, lead generation, and customer retention strategies. It also highlighted how startups can optimize limited resources to achieve maximum outreach and profitability. Workshops like these play a crucial role in empowering aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the evolving business landscape.

National Science Day is celebrated across India to commemorate the remarkable discovery of the Raman Effect by the great Indian physicist Sir C.V. Raman. This day holds immense importance in promoting scientific awareness, curiosity and innovation among students and young researchers. At Lakshmi Narain College of Technology Excellence, Bhopal, the celebration of National Science Day has always been marked with enthusiasm, academic engagement and creative participation. In continuation of this tradition, the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) organized a series of competitions aimed at highlighting the importance of science and the contribution of women scientists in shaping a progressive and developed nation.
The theme for the year 2026, “Women in Science: Catalyst for Viksit Bharat,” focused on encouraging students to understand the vital role played by women in research, innovation, leadership and technological advancement. The event created an inspiring platform where students were able to present their ideas, express their creativity and enhance their communication skills. Faculty members motivated students to participate actively and emphasized the need for scientific temperament and inclusive growth in modern society.
The program began with an introductory session highlighting the significance of National Science Day and the objectives behind organizing such competitions. Students from different semesters participated with great zeal and dedication. The auditorium was filled with vibrant energy as participants presented thought- provoking speeches, visually appealing posters and meaningful slogans and poems. The event also promoted teamwork, confidence building and interdisciplinary learning among students.

The LinkedIn Learning Campus Connect Event organized at the LinkedIn Office in Gurugram provided a valuable opportunity for students to gain insights into professional networking, career development, and emerging technologies. LinkedIn is one of the world’s largest professional networking platforms, connecting millions of professionals, recruiters, and organizations across various industries. The event aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with real-world exposure to professional environments, modern hiring practices, and digital career development tools. During the visit, students introduced to various concepts related to Artificial Intelligence, digital
learning platforms, career growth strategies, and professional networking. Industry experts shared their experiences and provided practical guidance on how students can prepare themselves for the evolving job market. The event also emphasized the importance of building a strong online professional presence, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and creating ATS-friendly resumes that can increase the chances of getting shortlisted by recruiters. In addition, students were encouraged to develop technical skills, communication abilities, and a continuous learning mindset to stay competitive in today’s fast-changing technological landscape. Overall, the visit to the LinkedIn office served as an inspiring experience that helped students understand how industry professionals work, how global companies foster innovation, and how young professionals can strategically plan their careers using platforms like LinkedIn.

Faculties and student coordinator of IIC- LNCTE attended MIC Driven Activity Post Budget Webinar (2026–27) on *“Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People”*– Address by Hon’ble Prime Minister on *9th March 2026"*
It is a key session under webinar series on topic “Education, Skills and University Townships,”
where the Hon’ble Prime Minister was addressed the session with focus on budget provisions for education, skills, health and tourism in detail. He also appealrd HEI to work towards industry collaboration for research and these four pillars which people of the country aspire.
This webinar, organized by the Department of Higher Education, MoE, aims to deliberate on the forth effective implementation of key announcements made in the Union Budget 2026-2027.

Students often learn AI theory in isolation, disconnected from real-world workflow automation and orchestration. Today's institutions must equip learners to understand how intelligent agents think, act, and collaborate in production environments. With this motto, 30-hrs training program scheduled during 1st-8th Jan 26, in Online mode where students learnt the product and developed capstone project and demonstrated in concluding session.
