Honoured to hold a Healing session at the Cancer ward at CRPF Camp Hospital, Navi Mumbai for patients in the Cancer ward.

We explored the mind-body connection, the role of Chakras, and how karmic patterns from past lives can shape our present.

Wrapped up with a gentle meditation for pain relief and healing, followed by a heartfelt Q&A on karma, hypnotherapy, forgiveness, and surrender.

Deep gratitude to Anshul for bridging the connection, and to Commandant Indrani Yadav and the CRPF team for this meaningful opportunity.

Humbled by the strength and spirit of everyone I met.

Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to conduct a workshop on Inner Child Healing at NMIMS, Navi Mumbai, where I engaged with bright and curious students eager to explore their emotional landscapes.

The session was a deep dive into self-awareness, emotional connection, and healing past wounds. Through interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and guided meditations, we uncovered layers of childhood experiences that shape our present behaviours, emotions, and relationships.

What stood out the most was the openness of the students—their willingness to share, reflect, and embrace their inner selves. Many had powerful realizations about past experiences influencing their current mindset, and together, we worked on releasing emotional blocks and fostering self-compassion.

Witnessing these young minds connect with their inner child and take the first steps toward healing was truly rewarding. The journey of self-discovery is profound, and I feel honoured to have facilitated a space for introspection and growth.

A big thank you to NMIMS, School of Law and School of Psychology for hosting this workshop and to all the students who participated with such enthusiasm and authenticity. May this be the beginning of a beautiful healing journey for each of you!
