Golden sunsets melt softly into dusky skies and the city pulses with lights and laughter. As you walk through the streets, ornate pandals emerge ….. bamboo and cloth but transformed into gates of myth and grandeur.
Bomikhal — The Mayur Palace Pandāl
In Bomikhal, a grand vision rises, a palace of peacock dreams: bamboo frames reach skyward, adorned with iridescent feathers, jewel‑tones glinting like sunrise. Beneath its archways, every detail whispers tales of tradition, wildlife, and sustainability, a place where art and nature dance together.
Nayapalli — Kathakali Themed Reverie (My Personal Favourite)
Here, the pandemic fades behind masks of colour and form: Nayapalli’s torana takes inspiration from Kathakali, lush greens and reds, dramatic eyes, ornate headdresses. The pandal seems alive with myth each fold of cloth and pattern evokes rhythm, gesture and the timeless theatre of devotion.
Saheed Nagar — “Dharma Yuddha to Modern Missions”
Saheed Nagar weaves patriotism with philosophy: a theme that bridges ancient battle cries with modern peacekeeping missions. The gate stands strong, lines sharp, lights bold, voices raised in devotion that also honour duty. It is both temple and manifesto, flame and promise.
Rasulgarh — Guardians of Nature
In Rasulgarh, every petal, every lantern, every curve holds a message: care for earth. The decoration pulses with green hues, organic shapes, motifs of leaves and flowing water. It is not just a pandal but a sanctuary that invites reflection

Old Station Bazaar is a realm of interiors glowing with craftsmanship. Intricate reliefs, delicate filigree, soft lamps that cast lace‑like shadows, sculpture that draws you close. Many say its interior design is unmatched …. a labyrinth of light and form that holds you in its sanctity and detail.
