✨🤩We both husband and wife have our own story of losing weight and gaining weight.
✨That is Prashant has lost 15 kgs Weight And I have gained 7 kgs of Weight..🤗🤩

✨This was happened because of the things we have changed related to our daily routine or living lifestyle..

✨ Of course that was not easy to adapt a healthy and active lifestyle but it was very much needed to change it.

✨Because before gaining my Weight I always
After marriage I have gained 7 kgs of Weight but with that also I have built strength and stamina in myself...

✨You can see my both picture that has a lot of difference...
I had participated in a marathon for 3.5 km run forcefully but now I can run 6 km easily.
✨ That difference is not just for showing, that difference I have experiencing personally or internally...💪💪

✨ At the initial period I had hesitation in working out daily because of low strength and stamina..
✨But now I have totally changed myself that I can do excercise with no strength issue, feeling stronger than the before .

✨And now I am feeling like never before.😇😍
✨ Now we both are loving to do excercise.🤗🤩

✨It is looking very delicious and it gives me a feeling of fullness but still, it is not having too much of calories.❌
✨Actually, the plate is looking like fully filled with food but still, it is portion controlled.🍱
✨So overall I want to tell you that portion-controlled meals mean you don't have to eat less, you just have to eat right in the right portion.🥗🍱

✨Portion controlled meals mean choosing a healthy amount of a certain food that helps you get the benefits of the nutrients in the food without overeating.
.
✨It is very important because it helps you to digest food easier and to reach or to maintain a healthy weight.
.
✨Portion control is important because it allows you to have a tight handle on how many calories you are presumably consuming. This way, you eat what your body needs, instead of mindlessly overindulging.
.
✨Think of your plate containing 4 sections of Vegetables, Grain, Proteins and Healthy fat.
✨Vegetables and Healthy should fill half the plate and Grains and Protein should fill the other half of the plate. Eat a wide variety of Vegetables in every colour to ensure a range of nutrients.

✨I am loving a bit of this
partner yoga.
✨Yoga practise for me 🤸🏻‍♀️
✨Weight training for him 🏋🏻‍♂️
✨We still have a long way to go in perfecting our acroyoga.

.They having a hotel business, so has not time to take care of themselves. And has a sedentary lifestyle Because of that, they had gained weight and body fat. 😥🤩
.The personality that has consistency💯✅ towards their health goals. Actually starting from their weight loss programme till the achievement of their health goal they hadn't missed a single day to work out and not to miss their daily scheduled diet.🤩🙌🏻

Mr Kirankumar sir is one of our customers who is still on the track of weight loss and gaining fitness and having a superb result. 🤩
Just few sentences about them😊
By background, Mr Kirankumar sir is a Deputy Tahasildar at Bhalki so they have to travel a lot on daily basis.
So long-distance travelling, 🚙eating outside food 🍔🍰and because of their position in their office going to parties with their Colleagues and having sedentary work.
These things were becoming their lifestyle and they started increasing weight and fat.
But after starting a weight loss and fat loss programme🏋️‍♂️🧘‍♀️🥗🍱💪 they've started feeling fresh and energetic over there. Now they have got relief from taking tablets.😃

Today's story is very inspiring for all of us and of course especially for ladies.🤩🤩
Mrs Siddhamma Mulge, she is police by profession and had a hectic schedule like handling household work, family and job on a daily basis.😊

But now she has adopted a healthy active lifestyle😎🥗🏋‍♀🤗 and after started our weight loss and fat loss program she has reduced amazing 9 kgs of weight🤩🤩.

Congratulations 💐💐to a young boy from our Happy Club Family Nikhil Patil who has achieved his 1st milestone. By losing 6.5 Kgs weight and 3.2 % body fat in just 3 weeks. Isn't that amazing!!🤗
