Smile of relief…
Pt was in agonising pain in his lower back and left leg because of slip disc. After surgery in morning (with endoscopic interlaminar approach - Destandau technique) patient was completely free of pain in evening.

मरीज़ Slip disc के कारण कमर और एक पैर में असहनीय दर्द से परेशान था जिसका दूरबीन द्वारा (Endoscopic interlaminar approach) अत्याधुनिक तकनीक से सूक्ष्म चीरे द्द्वारा ऑपरेशन किया गया। मरीज़ छह घंटे के बाद ही चलने फिरने में बिना दर्द के सक्षम हो गया।

Aneurysm surgery is always challenging as well as thrilling to every neurosurgeon. This one is the recent case where two aneurysms were clipped simultaneously in a single patient, and mine was third case where multiple clippings were done in a single patient
