🌟EASY RECIPE OF SAUTEED MUSHROOMS FOR WEIGHT LOSS 🌟

Ingredients:
• 1 bowl (about 150–200g) button mushrooms, sliced
• 1 teaspoon olive oil (or spray for even fewer calories)
• 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt — a pinch
• Black pepper — to taste
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
• Fresh coriander or parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms: Wipe with a damp cloth or quickly rinse and pat dry. Slice them.
2. Heat a non-stick pan: Add olive oil and let it warm on medium heat.
3. Sauté garlic: Add minced garlic, stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it).
4. Add mushrooms: Toss in the sliced mushrooms. Stir well.
5. Cook uncovered: Mushrooms will release water. Keep stirring occasionally until water evaporates and mushrooms turn slightly golden (about 5–7 minutes).
6. Season: Add salt and black pepper. Stir again.
7. Finish: Turn off heat, squeeze a little lemon juice on top for extra freshness.
8. Garnish (optional): Sprinkle chopped coriander or parsley.

Nutritional Info (approximate for 1 bowl):
• Calories: 90–100 kcal
• Protein: 5–6g
• Fat: 3–4g (even less if you use oil spray)
• Fiber: 2g

Tips for even fewer calories:
• Use oil spray instead of a teaspoon of oil.
• Add a handful of spinach at the end for more fiber.
• You can sprinkle some chili flakes or oregano for extra flavor without adding calories.
