Each and every balangir citizen should know this situation...
Our govt hospital (BGR) have a look ...no doubt reason r our carelessness, mentality,and behavior towards govt facilities.But one of the main reason is irresponsibility of govt employees towards their duty. After getting a govt job they behave like a king and not responsible towards their work and the result ..u can see. In some ways we r also helping them and behaving like a uneducated being.

Govt must take some serious action against it ..may be like ...
(1)- A govt employee must be transfer from one district to another in every 3 years. And the employee should not appointed in the same district,for twice, till their job time.
(2)- Secondly,in the period of 3 years in one district, every govt employee must be appointed in different taluka for 3 months ( living in one place a govt employee is not giving respect to common people)
(3)- Thirdly, daily attendance of the employees must be taken by finger print machine, and if machine is not working...in that case hospital management or hospital head should take the charge of attendance and it will immediately updated by the mobile of hospital head. If the attendance was late it must be mark as absence of the employee .
From these steps responsibility, good condition, respect for local people and respect for own work will come and this works lead govt department in a better way.
