The Vasishta Yoga Research Foundation has successfully trained hundreds of students as yoga teachers and yoga therapists. Its founder, Yogacharya Saji has dedicated his life to sharing the wisdom and benefits of yoga teaching both in India and abroad. Our educational system is based on the gurukulam system (traditional way of Indian teaching) in which students live in an ashram and study with the

teacher. Our training provides students with skills which prepare them to be confident and competent yoga instructors. We aim to guide each student to deepen their understanding of yoga and the practical use of such understanding in every day life.
