Today's patient was having multiple comorbidities making him high risk for general anesthesia, Carbamazepine intolerance and poorly responsive to all drugs with deranged coagulation profile, so we decided to use RFA in-place of PBC, owing to more minimally invasive nature of RFA..

Happy to help a 70 y/o gentleman with H/O CHD and with Rt. sided sacral Fracture with severe pain on sitting since four months with MIPSIs like 'Percutaneous Sacroplasty' under Local Anesthesia only and immediate relief..He hadn't been offered any active treatment unfortunately except Bed Rest even after visiting multiple specialist..

Another day...Another two patients of Trigeminal Neuralgia, treated with Percutaneous Balloon Compression using SYM Medical Matreneu PBC Kits...

one of them was with a history of 16 years, post PRGR, Post MVD, post RFA...Actually one year back, we did PBC for him and as per him, he was completely relieved for almost one year, off-Medicine and now the Pain has come back vehemently since 15 days..We have done PBC for the second time today with longer compression times hoping for a longterm relief, keeping our fingers crossed 🤞

One major benefit of MIPSIs of Pain Medicine is easy repeatability due to very less collateral, iatrogenic damage and often they are the last resort available in such patients, who have exhausted almost all options..
