🌱 Teaching Healthy Habits Early! 🌟
Today’s seminar with little champs under the age of 10 was all about building strong foundations for a healthy future! 💪
We learned:
🥤 Why drinking water from a steel bottle is a better and safer choice
🍎 The power of natural, wholesome foods
🚫 And why we should say NO to breads, refined, packed, and processed foods
As a dietitian, I truly feel concerned when I see how, unknowingly, many parents are introducing their children to chocolates, packaged snacks, and plastic bottles—without realizing the long-term impact on their child’s health.
🧠 The foundation of physical and mental health begins in childhood. What we feed them today shapes their tomorrow. Processed foods, artificial sugars, and chemicals not only affect digestion but also influence mood, behavior, and focus.
✨ It’s high time we guide parents to make conscious food choices, encourage healthy eating habits, and help children grow up with a love for real, nourishing food.
Let’s raise a generation that’s stronger, healthier, and happier — starting with simple steps like clean water, clean eating, and clean habits.
